20 ng/ml IL-4 and 100 ng/ml LPS plus 20 ng/ml IFN-c was used to stimulate two types of macrophages for 24 h, respectively. Then the supernatants of RAW264.7 cells were centrifuged and collected. Amounts of TGF-b1 secreted by macrophage was measured using commercial ELISA kits (Shanghai Hengyuan Biotechnology Co., Ltd.), according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
